| Abstract | Polyethylene glycol (PEG, molecular weight is 20000) was used to prepare W-type ferrite SrNi2Fe16O27 nanocrystals. X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the structure, grain size, and shape of the ferrite powders. It was found that we could obtain uniformity and single phase W-type SrNi2Fe16O27 nanocrystals at 700℃. The magnetic properties were studied by vibrating sample magnetometer. |
