Abstract
[Objective] Comparing the distribution of quercetin suspension and that of liposome nanoparticles loaded quercetin suspension in mice. [Method] SD race mouse were used and were divided into control group (n=25) with being injected quercetin suspension and experimental group (n=25) with being injected liposome nanoparticle loaded quercetin suspension. The plasma and organs would be collected at certain points of time, then the concentration of quercetin in which were measured with HPLC method. [Result] The concentration of quercetin in the liver collected from experimental group was obviously higher than that from control group, and it reduced slowly. [Conclusion] All above indicated that liposome nanoparticle loaded quercetin was distinguishingly liver targeted and could release quercetin slowly.
