Abstract
Apatite nanoparticles have novel properties as raw materials for preparing bioceramics and gene/drug carrier. Especially the influence of single apatite nanoparticles on cancer cells was studied. The experimental results indicated that apatite nanoparticles got into the cancer cells; the cancer cells growth was inhibited and showed some appearance to die. In this paper, the overview of our research about the effect of apatite nanoparticles on cancer cells will be introduced.
