Abstract

prepared target-orientation anticancer adriamycin-loaded microspheres which were magnetic. [Methods] To prepare magnetic adriamycin-loaded microspheres by heating emulsion for solidification with adriamycin, HAS (Human serum albumin) and Fe3O4 nanoparticle as materials, got enwrapping degree by HRTEM and adriamycin content by HPLC. [Results] Crystal Fe3O4 nanoparticles were enwrapped by unformed adriamycin and HAS, the efficiency loading amount and the apparent loading amount of adriamycin-loaded microspheres with magnetic nanoparticles were 2.35% and 3.55%. [Conclusions] The method of heating emulsion for solidification could be used for preparing adriamycin-loaded microspheres.
