| Abstract |
One dimensional ZnO or doped-ZnO nanomaterials were fabricated by metal powder evaporation at lower temperature. Structures, growth mechanisms and properties of the products were characterized. Investigations revealed that the Mn-doped ZnO nanowires have abnormal magnetic property with a peak at 55 K in the M-T curve and the In-doped ZnO nanodisks show a blue-shifted photoluminescence. In addition, a special core-shell structured ZnO/SiOx nanowires, ZnO toothed-nanostructures with the polar-surface dominated growth and screw dislocation growth mechanisms were also reported. |
