Abstract

Three different morphologies ¦Á-Fe2O3 nanograins have been firstly prepared by microwave assistance method, using three kinds of growth-regulatings, tartaric acid, citric acid and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron micrograph (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The hysteresis measurements show that the products exhibit high coercive force at room temperature and exhibit different coercive force of the three different nanograins. It is conclude that the different kinds of growth-regulatings are important factors that exert a significant influence on the morphologies.
